All prices include free delivery with 25 miles of our store in Northglenn. Our delivery team will move the item into your house or apartment including up or down flights of stairs. If the delivery address is farther than 25 miles, an additional delivery charge will be automatically added at checkout. The additional charge is $50.00 for 25 to 50 miles, and $100 dollars for 50 to 75 miles. We do not deliver more than 75 miles from our store, but you can still purchase a couch from us and pick it up in store!

We provide accurate measurements in the description for each item. Please measure your space to ensure that the couch will fit where you need it to go. Yes, upon checkout you can choose the “local pickup” option. You will have 7 days to pick up your couch after purchasing. We can help load it into your vehicle and this option will automatically deduct $50.00 from the purchase price.
We get new inventory every day! Inventory is updated on our website as often as possible, but we always have more couches at our store than are on our shop page. If you are looking for something that you don’t see on our website, give us a call (Hyperlink) or fill out our Couch Finder Form (Hyperlink).
We highly recommend giving us a call or coming to the store or to see inventory in person if you have specific concerns. We hope to deliver you a couch that you will be stoked about. We typically put only our best inventory on our website. This is inventory that is in very reasonable to excellent condition that we feel confident delivering sight unseen. If for some reason, the couch is not in the condition described, we are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis. But, after delivering, if the item just isn’t exactly what you were hoping, we cannot issue a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of your purchase. If it was something on our end, we will make it right. Generally, we do not allow refunds.
We can hold a couch for up to 7 days free of charge. After 7 days, we charge $25/ day for each additional day the item is held at our store. Items can only be held for up to 14 days total.
We have a showroom/ warehouse located at 425 W. 115th Ave. Northglenn, CO 80234 Unit 5. We are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
While some of our inventory does come from pet friendly homes, all couches are thoroughly cleaned. If you have pet allergies, please give us a call about the item you are interested in, so that we can help steer you in the right direction. We do not sell couches from smoke-friendly homes.

Our couches come from homes and businesses across the Greater Denver Area. We pick up couches though our free pickup service and then resell after making a monetary donation to Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.
