1. Can I purchase this couch online? Expand

Yes, you can purchase a couch directly on our website. From the shop page, just add the couch to your cart, enter your information, and complete the purchase. Our scheduling team will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule a delivery.

3. How do I know if the couch is still available? Expand

If the item is on our shop page on the website, it is still available. Sold items are no longer available on the shop page.

4. Is there a delivery charge? Expand

All prices include free delivery with 25 miles of our store in Northglenn. Our delivery team will move the item into your house or apartment including up or down flights of stairs. If the delivery address is farther than 25 miles, an additional delivery charge will be automatically added at checkout. The additional charge is $50.00 for 25 to 50 miles, and $100 dollars for 50 to 75 miles. We do not deliver more than 75 miles from our store, but you can still purchase a couch from us and pick it up in store!

5. How do I schedule a delivery? Expand

Once you make a purchase on our website, our scheduling team will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule your delivery. We can deliver within 1 to 7 business days.

6. How quickly can my couch be delivered? Expand

We can deliver within 1 to 7 days.

7. When are couches delivered? Expand

We have delivery times available Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m..

8. Can I see the couch in person before purchasing? Expand

Yes, come by our store any time Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to see our inventory in person. No appointment necessary.

9. What if the couch does not fit? Expand

We provide accurate measurements in the description for each item. Please measure your space to ensure that the couch will fit where you need it to go. For help in making accurate measurements, give us a call! (303) 246-2174. If the item does not fit into your space we will be unable to give a refund.

10. Can I pick up the couch instead of having it delivered? Expand

Yes, upon checkout you can choose the “local pickup” option. You will have 7 days to pick up your couch after purchasing. We can help load it into your vehicle and this option will automatically deduct $50.00 from the purchase price.

11. How often is the inventory updated? Expand

We get new inventory every day! Inventory is updated on our website as often as possible, but we always have more couches at our store than are on our shop page. If you are looking for something that you don’t see on our website, give us a call (Hyperlink) or fill out our Couch Finder Form (Hyperlink).

12. What if I don’t like the couch once it is delivered? Expand

We highly recommend giving us a call or coming to the store or to see inventory in person if you have specific concerns. We hope to deliver you a couch that you will be stoked about. We typically put only our best inventory on our website. This is inventory that is in very reasonable to excellent condition that we feel confident delivering sight unseen. If for some reason, the couch is not in the condition described, we are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis. But, after delivering, if the item just isn’t exactly what you were hoping, we cannot issue a refund.

13. What is the return policy? Expand

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of your purchase. If it was something on our end, we will make it right. Generally, we do not allow refunds.

14. How long can you hold a couch before delivering? Expand

We can hold a couch for up to 7 days free of charge. After 7 days, we charge $25/ day for each additional day the item is held at our store. Items can only be held for up to 14 days total.

15. Where can I see these couches? Expand

We have a showroom/ warehouse located at 8475 West Colfax Avenue in Lakewood, CO. We are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

16. Is the couch from a pet free/ smoke free home? Expand

While some of our inventory does come from pet friendly homes, all couches are thoroughly cleaned. If you have pet allergies, please give us a call about the item you are interested in, so that we can help steer you in the right direction. We do not sell couches from smoke-friendly homes.

17. Can I put this couch on hold in order to see it first? Expand

We can sometimes hold a couch until the end of the day for you. Please give us a call at (303) 246-2174 if you would like to inquire about this service.

18. Where do the couches come from? Expand

Our couches come from homes and businesses across the Greater Denver Area. We pick up couches though our free pickup service and then resell after making a monetary donation to Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.

19. What are your store hours? Expand

We are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

20. Do I need an appointment to look at couches? Expand

No appointment necessary, come on by!
