Yes, we do! We can also take your couch out of your basement or from upstairs.
The pickup service is entirely free if your couch does not have any severe damage. If there is damage, we do charge to pick up. Fill out our pickup form and attach pictures if you would like to know in advance whether we will charge. Without pictures, we will need to make the final determination when we arrive for your pickup. We also charge for most floral or patterned couches. Yes we do! We can take your couch away regardless of flights of stairs.
We take any upholstered living room furniture; couches, loveseats, sectionals, armchairs, recliners, hide-a-beds, chaises, lounges, and futons. We do not take hard goods.
Yes, you can drop off any time during normal business hours. We still charge if the couch does not meet our requirements. Please refer to our Pickup Pricing Guide for more information.
The damage that we most often have to charge for includes: rips and tears, peeling bonded leather, severe pet damage, frame damage, spring damage, mechanical damage, and severe wear and tear. Our refurbishment charge typically goes toward the cost of repairs. The charge does not necessarily mean that your couch will end up in a landfill! We will pick up as many as 10 total seats at a time. This equals up to two couch and loveseat sets!
We send a two-person team to take care of moving your couch out. We ask that there be a clear path from the couch to the outside in order for our team to safely and efficiently remove your couch. This might include removing railings, doors, pictures, other furniture, or clutter from walkways and entrances.
It does not! Our team comes prepared to do the disassembly of the couch for you.
Typically, the charge goes toward the repair of your couch (labor, parts, upholstery, ect.) If we are unable to repair your couch for resale, we recycle legs, frame pieces, mechanical pieces, and upholstery to minimize waste in the landfill.
We clean and refurbish and resell your couch for an affordable price. In return for each item we pick up, we make a monetary donation to Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.
We donate directly to CCFTH for each item we pick up. We are also able to give them items on an as needed basis. Please see our “Total Donated” on the Donations page!
No, it is not. Because we are not a non-profit, we cannot provide you with a tax receipt.
No, you can pay cash, card, venmo, or check upon pickup. There is no cancellation fee.
Our free pickup service range is within 25 miles of our store in Northglenn. We service all of Denver, Northglenn, Thornton, Westminster, Lakewood, Wheatridge, Boulder, Broomfield, Laffeyette, Louisville, Erie, Dacono, Fredrick, Firestone, Brighton, Commerce City, Edgewater, and Glendale for free. Most of Aurora, Littleton, Highlands Ranch and Parker are also within our free pickup range. We charge a fee to go beyond 25 miles.
We typically pick up Monday through Friday throughout the day.
